Liability Waiver and Release

By purchasing this ticket and/or entering the grounds of the [Montana Renaissance Festival], you acknowledge and agree to the following:

I understand that participation in this event may involve certain risks, including but not limited to walking on uneven terrain, interacting with animals, exposure to weather conditions, loud sounds, and live performances. I voluntarily assume all such risks, whether foreseen or unforeseen.

I hereby release and hold harmless the organizers of the Montana Renaissance Festival, its affiliates, officers, employees, volunteers, performers, vendors, and property owners from any and all liability, claims, or demands for personal injury, illness, property damage, or loss, including those arising from the negligence of the released parties.

I understand that I am solely responsible for my own safety and the safety of any minors accompanying me. I agree to comply with all festival rules and follow the directions of festival staff.

By entering the festival grounds, I acknowledge that I have read, understand, and accept the terms of this waiver.
